Meet Glenn Clifford
Counsellor | Psychotherapist | Career Coach | Wellbeing Consultant
Glenn Clifford (MACA) is a counsellor, psychotherapist, career coach, and wellbeing consultant with more than 25 years of experience supporting individuals, families, educators, leaders, and organisations.
His professional background spans youth work, primary and secondary education, school leadership, wellbeing leadership, counselling, and psychotherapy. This breadth of experience provides Glenn with a unique understanding of the challenges people face across different stages of life, relationships, workplaces, and communities.
Glenn holds advanced qualifications in counselling, leadership, and inclusive education at master's level and is a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association.
His practice is evidence-informed, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in a deep belief that people possess the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change when provided with the right support.
A Collaborative and Compassionate Approach
Glenn is known for his warm, authentic, and non-judgemental style. He creates a safe and supportive environment where people feel genuinely heard, understood, and respected.
Drawing on approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, Glenn works collaboratively with clients to identify strengths, deepen self-understanding, and develop practical pathways forward.
Rather than focusing solely on problems, Glenn helps people recognise their existing resources, build resilience, and reconnect with the values and strengths that support lasting wellbeing.
